Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute (TMALI) will host four public dialogues in October and November 2016, and thereafter monthly sessions. The dialogues have been named Mapinduzi ThinkFest.

Mapinduzi is a Swahili word for ‘revolution’, TMALI exists to invest and nurture a generation of African thought leaders and change agents who will work towards realizing Africa’s renewal. Mapinduzi ThinkFest is seeks to contribute to the culture of critical dialogue in South Africa and the rest of the African continent.

The first session of the four part public dialogue series will be held on 10th October 2016 from 17:30, and is titled “Heroes or Sellouts? And will be presented by Dr Edith Phaswana.
