Hi Vusi. Please interpret the article as you please; the intepretations can be varied, but I trust that I have articulated all the noted points. Every issue I touched on I also explained. I was reflecting the way things are, not necessarily judging the situation. Perhaps there is something you disagree with?

Dear writer, what is the point you are trying to drive with this article?
– Is it that, its not necessary to buy hair and squeeze into deforming threads?
– Is it that, history has made “black women” what they are not supposed to be?
– Is it a drive to get women (or black women) to live outside the confines of social expectations?

Please explain.

thats a fully loaded article,Keletso.its sad how black people are expected to be strong and not necessarily be.at times we have self burdened ourselves with this title of strongness and we anything less than that is sometimes seen as being unblack,if i may.
