West Papua is victim of a wrongful United Nations invasion & occupation
authorised in September 1962 by UN General Assembly resolution 1752
(XVII), the looting of West Papua’s once vast gold & mineral
deposits is also almost certainly behind the death of the UN Secretary
General Dag Hammarskjold in 1961 just eight days before he could speak
in support of a plan to protect West Papua from this cruel occupation.
Hammarskjold was replaced by a friend of Indonesia, U Thant, who misused
his position as UN secretary general a year later to help Indonesia and
the US mining industry win a General Assembly vote authorising the UN
invasion of West Papua (aka West New Guinea).

** Currently the UN nations are still in violation of their UN
obligations to “promote” the rights & “independence” of the colony
West Papua (UN Charter article 76) which South Africa or any UN member
can fix by putting the issues of UN General Assembly resolution 1752
(XVII) and 171 (I) on the agenda of the Trusteeship Council as the
Secretary General should have done in 1962.

– Please help, please help end this cruel injustice by placing the
missing item (Gen’ Ass’ res 1752 & 171) on the agenda of the
Trusteeship Council so that it can commence its unfinished business
under the Charter of the United Nations article 85 part 2, article 87,
and article 88 which will help remind the rest of the organisation of
its unfinished duty under article 76.
