I am so sorry Bomi, you can imagine how her family must be feeling. May her soul rest in peace and there be justice for her and her family

I couldn't read this till the end. I keep getting interrupted by the tears and this piercing pain in my chest. I went to school with Tinyiko. Her and her sister sat behing me in class. Soft-spoken, kind, gentle, with eyes filled with laughter and a smile that carries all the kindness of heaven. I reconnect with them again a couple of years back in Bloem when I was on tour. She carried so much positive energy.

It is cripling, this fear. How we can not walk into our lives because there are no safe spaces for women.
