It is not as easy as in the old days where you can get a piece of land or property for next to nothing. I presume the demographics are different from the province to province,but investing in this industry in the cities is more challenging,it shud be a smart buy not impulse driven.You dont wana end up with property in a dead zone.But i promise you,it is worth investing in.just some research in what you are buying, then u are ready to rock.]]></description>
