A fair and vivid painting of our teenage democracy, thank you very much. 1 can easily get so worked up by disorder, nepotism and selfishness in our government systems today, that he’d casually say “things were better during appartheid” without even thinking about it. this article challenges 1 to think about it and as much as i agree that more resources should be invested into public institutions, it’s our mentality (as a people) that needs chaneling. Thanks for the continued effort,A-SENSE.We must continue to up the bar of social conduct both as individuals and as a nations that is finding it hard to accept that its largerly celebrated madiba magic spell cant fix everything.The same dilemas we face were faced by many other nations.The contradicts of the post colonial experience vs what was promised are usually the contributors to social and political decay.
