Perhaps for his next book, Onyeani will tell the plain truth about feeling like a personal failure and projecting those feelings onto 1.25 billion Africans. And he’ll achieve even more ‘economic power’ for his publisher in the process. How’s that for manna from heaven!

EDIT: I see now that this speech is 14 years old. I hope Dr. Onyeani has spent the last 14 years growing his publishing company instead of giving speeches and writing sensational book titles to lure in the self-loathing. I wonder what he’d say today about the poison riven through this speech.
