Thanks,Teboho and ASense.at times its not simple to be thoughtful of how far reaching our actions may be.what sometimes discourages us is the thought that we are incapable of changing or influencing change because we think that only famous people change things.we isnt the case.an example is that of people in the secondary economy,if they, or better yet if we,stop being economically active just for a day then our value will be appreciated.

Everything is connected with everything else... Every act is characterized with a wave that it emits, and we ignore this fact so many times with the actions that we choose. A butterfly flapping its wings emits waves that travel and in a rippling effect, it grows into a tornado on the otherside of the world. With that little said, Great article Mkhayeni, got me thinking about a lot of things.

Donald...thank you for kind words.the issue of youth unemployment is a bit complex.for starters, the majority of the youth are africans and many of them go to school in the townships and domino effect of an an incoherent schooling system leaves them at recieving at public diservice to some degree.i,however, arent minimizing individual effort.once we have curiculums thats emphasize entreprenuership and greater austerity in the way we live ourlives.its all good to get a tender and deliver little.it may benefit you in the short term but as to how many lives may be damaged by that, its unknown.it seems its easier to be shoddy than being responsible.like many things it starts with an individual.

**applause** Brilliant piece of work my good man, bravo!! Simple notion yet many people fail to understand it. Everything created by God was meant to administer to another, look at nature, the water cycle, photosynthesis, the human anatomy, the excretory system and so forth, this was how human beings were meant to be until of course sin entered the world, greed, selfishness etc which is what breaks the chains that formerly bound us together in a cohesive way. You make very good points about youth employment in our country, why is it that our 'leaders' don't see this?
