					<description><![CDATA[Choosing leaders and awarding tenders on loyalty and association rather then merit is wrong and short-sited...it is a shame that a few get riches on the expense of the many and cant be justified at all...but stealing education from the people is unforgivable...the challenge that Afrika and more especially SA in thus case has is the lack of solid emphatatic responsible leadership @George - which state is experiencing this issue and to what extent? very interesting, one would assume the USA of all countries would have that area covered already...]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Wow, with no background and a bit hard to follow, but a powerful piece.  We have it the same here in the US.  The destruction of education is the beginning of a society&#039;s end.  

This cannot be tolerated.  Get out of your bars and social gatherings, get off the blackberry that you carry as a reminder if the single one of your wish for prosperity and social interaction. You are being played just as we are here in the US.  

The author is orrect... Why are you not in the streets?   Good piece.
