The workshop is suitable for everyone with an interest in self-improvement and Afrikan awareness. AFRIKAN YOGA™ is based on the ancient practice of Tama-re Smai Tawi, originating in the Nile Valley.
The AFRIKAN YOGA™ method is a dynamic, active and deeply meditative approach that promotes optimum health and conditions for transformation. It empowers, cleanses and initiates deep and lasting transformation that changes your understanding of Self and relationships with others.
AFRIKAN YOGA™ involves knowledge of the sciences of breath, exercise, nutrition, self-discipline, relaxation, meditation, mental power, visualization and transformation. It develops flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance through movement, postures and meditative exercises.
